Virtues of Surah Sajdah
Surah Sajdah is the Surah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited frequently, so its virtues and blessings are inexhaustible.
Hadith No. 1
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) often recited Surah Sajdah and Surah Malik, after which he used to rest i.e. he would go to sleep (Tirmidhi Darmi).
Hadith No. 2
On the authority of Hazrat Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Whoever recites Surah Sajdah between Isha and Maghrib, it is as if he had established Lailatul-Qadr.” (Dar Mansoor)Hadith No. 3
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (RA) that the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said that whoever recites Surah Sajdah, Surah Yasin, Surah Anbiya and Surah Malik in any night, these surahs will be a light for him and will protect him from Satan. And the ranks of those who read these Surahs will continue to rise until the Day of Judgment (Ibn Mardawiya).
Hadith No. 4
It was narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) used to recite Surah Sajdah in the Fajr prayer on Fridays (Ibn Kathir).
Hadith No. 5
On the authority of Hazrat Khalid bin Madan, may Allah be pleased with him, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Sura Sajdah will be repeated in the grave towards his Sahib: O Allah, if I am a Surah of Your Book, then accept my intercession for him, and if I am not a chapter of your book, so remove me from it and spread your wings over it like a bird, its intercession will be accepted, then it will be protected from the punishment of the grave.Hazrat Khalid bin Madan (RA) did not sleep without reading Sura Sajdah and Sura Milk. Hadith No. 6
It was narrated from Hazrat Musayb bin Rafy’ that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said that Surah Sajdah will come on the Day of Judgment in such a way that it will have two arms and those who recite it and act accordingly she will shade on them and say that there is no action against him, there is no other option, do not seize him and let him go (Ibn Faris).(1)
This surah is very useful for domination and gaining respect. If a person is employed and his officers treat him harshly, then he should recite this surah thrice daily after Fajr prayer for seven days. By grace of Allah, the officers will be very kind. A person whose beliefs are not correct should make it a habit to read this Surah seven times a day, then Allah will guide him to the right path and include him among His special servants.

Whoever wants to witness the secrets of the Day of Judgment, he should recite this surah seven times every day after Isha prayer for forty days, then Allah will make him witness in a dream the facts that will happen at the time of the Day of Resurrection.

If a patient is not cured by taking medicine, then someone performs ablution and recites Surah Sajdah three times a day and breathes water on it and the patient drink that water, then Allah Almighty will grant him complete healing and the medicine will have the effect of healing.

If a person is troubled by the opposite party in the matter of house or land, then he should recite this surah eleven times daily after Isha prayer for forty days.
