Virtues of Surah Yasin 

Surah Yaseen is the heart of the Holy Qur'an because its blessings and blessings are endless. 

Hadith No. 1

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) said that there is a surah in the Holy Qur’an which is called ‘Azima’, which means ‘Greatness’ in the sight of Allah, which is Surah Yaseen, and those who recite and practice it called Sharif in the sight of Allah. Sahib Surah will intercede for so many people on the Day of Judgment that the number of them has exceeded the people of the tribe of Rabi'a and Muzar. These tribes were very large (Abana).

Hadith No. 2

Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that everything has a heart and the heart of the Holy Quran is Surah Yasin, whoever recites this Surah would be rewarded for reciting the Holy Quran ten times.  (Tirmidhi Vol. II Fazail Quran Yasin 796)

 Hadith No. 3

Hazrat Muaqal bin Yasar (RA) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said that whoever recites Surah Yaseen to seek the pleasure of Allah, his sins will be forgiven. That's why you have to recite this before your dead persons. (Bahiqi)

Hadith No. 4

On the authority of Hazrat Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Whoever recites Surah Yaseen at night, he will wake up in the morning feeling that he has been forgiven.” (Ibn Kathir )

Hadith No. 5

It was narrated from Hazrat Jandab (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, “Whoever recites Surah Yasin for the pleasure and pleasure of Allah, then he will be forgiven.” (Targheeb Al-Tarhreb) 

Hadith No. 6

It was narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: I wish that this Surah Yaseen should be in the hearts of every person of Ummah, (Ibn Kathir)

Hadith No. 7

On the authority of Hazrat Ata bin Abi Rabah, may Allah be pleased with him, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Whoever recites Surah Yaseen in the first part of the day, Allah will fulfill his legitimate needs.” (Darmi) 

Hadith No. 8

Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that whoever recites Surah Yasin Sharif will get the reward of reciting ten Qurans. (Tirmidhi Sharif)

Wazaif of Surah Yasin

From these hadiths, it is known that reciting Surah Yasin will bring all kinds of good in the religion and the world, especially if this surah is recited near the dead, the difficulties of naza' will be eased for them.

The elders of the religion say that this Surah is the elixir for all kinds of need, so if a person has any need, he should recite Surah Yasin once a day for eleven days with months. If Allah wills, the need will be fulfilled.

If a person makes it a habit to recite this surah once a day after Fajr prayer, then he will soon become dear to every heart among people, and his respect will increase enormously, and all kinds of evil will end in him and become good.

Surah Yasin is also very useful to ward off the evil of enemies, so if someone is harassed by an enemy, he should recite it daily for seven days, God willing, there will be no harm.

The recitation of Surah Yasin is very useful for blessings in the shop and trade, so the person who has little sales or business in the shop should open the shop and recite it three times daily and sprinkle water on the walls of the four corners of the shop. By the grace of Allah, the shop will run well. Do this process for four months 

If a person is suffering from a serious problem, he should read Surah Yaseen once a day and when reach on,سلام من قول رب رحیم then recite this verse seven hundred times. If a prisoner recites it often in prison, he will be released and the one who recites it will always be protected from demons and evil spirits.

If a patient is tired of being treated by doctors and hakims and hospitals, then he should not despair of the mercy of Allah. His family should together after the prayers of Maghrib or Isha, more men and women can also join, read Surah Yasin 72 times in this sitting and continue for 21 days, and after reciting Surah Yasin 72 times daily, breathe on all the water and then feed the patient. If he is approved to recover, Allah will grant him health.

Recitation of Surah Yaseen is a great elixir for obtaining good children. If a person is very poor and has limited means, he should make it a habit to recite Surah Yaseen three times every day after Fajr prayer, then Allah Almighty will remove his poverty. Will give and create the means of prosperity
